Cream-and-Cherry Salad

1 No. 303 can (1-pound) red water-pack cherries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sour cream

Drain cherries well.  Combine with sugar and let stand to sweeten.  Combine with remaining ingredients.  Chill and serve on washed salad greens.  (If dessert cherries are used, omit the sugar.)

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
