Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

3 cups cooked quick brown rice
1 cup fresh grapes, seeded and halved
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

To cooked rice, add prepared grapes.  Combine sugar, vanilla and whipped cream.  Gently fold into rice mixture.  Chill until ready to serve.

Yield: 4 portions
