Orange Dessert Pancakes

2 cups sifted Fisher's Blend Flour
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup strained orange juice
2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons melted shortening
Whipped cream

Combine flour and orange peel.  Mix together eggs, orange juice and water.  Add slowly to flour mixture.  Beat in shortening and continue beating until free of lumps.  Bake on hot, greased griddle, turning only once.  Serve with whipped cream.

Yield: 20 small pancakes
