Fruit Salad

2 1/2 can pineapple
4 oranges
1 cup nut meats
4 egg yolks
1 pint cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pound marshmallows cut up

Beat egg yolks, blend in mustard.  Over this pour 1 cup scalded milk.

Cook until thick, while still hot pour over marshmallows, stir to melt them.  Add the fruit, nuts and the cream that has been whipped.

Lemon juice, add to cooked dressing.  Store in refrigerator.

Can use other fruit such as bananas or graham crackers.
