Brazil-nut Stuffed Celery

2 1/2 ounces blue or Roquefort cheese
2 packages 93-ounce size) cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped Brazil nuts
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Celery

Mix all ingredients.  Stuff into crisp celery stalks.  Cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces.  Garnish with ripe-olive slices.

Yield: 1 cup filling
