Coconut Orange Chicken Wings

3 pounds chicken wings
1/3 cup coconut island syrup
1/3 cup frozen orange juice (thawed)
1/3 cup shoyu (soy sauce)

Heat over 350F, combine the 3 sauces and stir till blended.  Wash and dry chicken wings and lay on foil on cookie sheet or broiler pan.  Spoon half the mixture over wings and bake for 45 minutes.  Turnover to 400 degrees or until brown and crispy.  This mixture can be used to baste a whole frier or duch or main dish.
