Walnut Fruit Cake Confection

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 1/2 cups chopped raisins
1 1/2 cups dates, pitted and diced
2 cups diced candied pineapple and cherries
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
6 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brandy or fruit juice

Use a large mixing bowl and blend together honey, milk, lemon juice, marshmallows, salt, spices, prepared fruits and walnuts.  Work in cracker crumbs and fruit juices until mixture is moist enough to shape into miniature fruit cakes or holiday wreaths.  If desired, line loaf pan or ring mold with wax paper.  Pack fruit cake mixture into pan, cover top.  Chill several days ro blend flavors.  Cakes freeze well.
