Chocolate Decorating Dip

1 package (12-ounce)semi-sweet chocolate pieces
 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Prepare your favorite recipe for rolled cookies or use prepared cookie mix, following the directions for rolled cookies.  Cut into desired shapes and bake.  Cool. To prepare chocolate decorating dip, melt semi-sweet chocolate pieces over hot water.  Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk.  Beat until smooth.  While using, keep decorating dip over hot water so it will not thicken.  After dipping cookies, place on waxed paper and let stand till set.
