Cranberry Stuffing

1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 tabelspoons butter
4 cups stale bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt

Chop cranberries and add sugar.  Cook celery and parsley in butter for 2 minutes.  Combine with bread crumbs, seasonings and sugared cranberries.  Blend.  Excellent as a stuffing for duck, pork or veal.

Yield: About 1 1/2 quarts dressing

Variations: Add to the recipe - 1 cup chopped apple, or 1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple.
