Peach-Crumble Pudding

2 cups canned peach slices
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup fine graham-cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Drain peaches thoroughly.  Combine with brown sugar, cracker crumbs, melted butter and lemon juice, blending lightly.  Place mixture in greased shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes.  Serve warm with cream.

Yield: 4 to 5 servings
