Peanut-Cream Dressing
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup creamy-style peanut butter
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
In small bowl, gradually blend cream into peanut utter, stirring until smooth. Add honey and salt. Delicious with fruit salad.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
