Cake-Mix Pumpkin Cake
1 package spice-cake mix
2 eggs
Water
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped nuts (if desired)
Place cake mix in a large bowl. Break the 2 eggs into a glass measuring cup. Add water to measure 1 cup. Add the 1/4 cup water and the pumpkin. Combine as directed on the package. Stir in the nuts, if desired. Bake as directed on the package. Use the same butter frosting as given above.
Yield: 1 cake
