Rhubarb Pie Custard

Rhubarb Pie Custard

Mix together into beaten egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs

3 cup rhubarb (cut finely)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Little Butter

400 for 10 minutes
Bake 350 for 40 minutes
Cover with meringue

Mix sugar, salt, and cornstarch together until beaten egg yolks.  Line the crust with Rhubarb, pour this over, dot with butter, then nutmeg.  Then make meringue and bake it.
