Orange Delight

3/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup nutmeats

350 degrees.  No other directions were included on mixing or how long to bake.  Just an ingredients list and temperature

Frosting

1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
