1 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cup flour, sifted and measured
6 tablespoons sugar
2 cups cornflakes
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate icing
1 dozen shelled walnuts
Mix together butter, flour, sugar, cornflakes, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, spread with icing and top with walnut half.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies
